Directions: We are staying at the Joplin KOA (group name – FMCA), make your own reservation. Full hook up pull through sites are approx. $75 a night.

Thursday June 13^th 

Arrival – Join us 4pm for the official Attitude Adjustment Hour and

Dinner – Taco Soup- bring Fritos, cheese, sour cream etc!

Friday June 14^th 

Coffee/light breakfast 8am (plan our day)

Community Band Outdoor Picnic (CBOP) is a family-friendly festival where community concert bands will come to perform and celebrate local music. CBOP will feature food trucks, antique cars, balloons, vendor and other entertainment booths on the outdoor stage and grass area of the new Cornell Arts & Entertainment Center complex in Joplin, MO! Four community concert bands are selected based on the size of their communities, organization, and distance from Joplin, Missouri. Bands will perform for approximately 75 minutes on the outdoor stage of the new Cornell complex. The theme for our first year will be, “Follow the Music”, and will feature musical numbers from Broadway melodies, movie theme songs, marches, pieces written specifically for each band. The event will take the participants on a return to an old-fashioned home-town family reunion picnic atmosphere so bring lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy a day of music and fun.

Please consider the planet and limit your use of single use disposables. Bring your own dishes for meals. I will provide a dish washing station for group meals.
