Camping fees are $54 per night if we have 6+ RVs.

Rally Fee: $10 each/$20 couple

Welcome to Gateway’s first rally of the year! We are happy to announce that this is Gateway Getaways 30^th Anniversary. It will be great to see everyone again after the long winter break. There are a few things we are doing differently.

First we won’t be furnishing donuts. They just cost way too much. We’d use up our entire budget on donuts, and we have better plans for the money!  We are asking everyone to bring a breakfast type of bread, fruit, etc. so we can share in the mornings. Gateway Getaways (GG) will still furnish the coffee.

Secondly, Saturday will be our celebration dinner. Dianna Huff from International will be present to award GG for the 30 years of membership. Please wear your Gateway Getaways shirt for Saturday’s dinner.

 April 16^th (Thurs)  Arrival day

       4:30 pm  –  Attitude Adjustment - Bring a heavy hors d’oeuvres to share.
                          Bring your own drinks, etc.

 April 17^th (Fri)

         8:00 – 9:00 am  - Coffee and breakfast in the meeting room.

         9:30 am -  Executive Board Meeting

                  Everyone is welcome to attend, but only board members may vote.

                  Rest of the morning and afternoon is free. Explore Springfield, play
                  games, talk, rest or whatever – you don’t have to anything!

         4:00 pm  - Attitude Adjustment hour. Bring your own beverage of choice.

         5:30 pm – Dinner out. Venue is TBD

 April 18^th (Sat)

         8:30 – 9:30 am Breakfast will be served. Steve will be making his famous
                     breakfast burritos and we may have a few other surprises. Coffee
                     will be available.

         10:00 am – General Business Meeting. This is for all members.
                      Please attend – we need you!

                      The afternoon is free. Enjoy Springfield.

          5:00 pm – Celebration dinner and ceremony. The Board will furnish the
                     meat. Everyone else should bring a side dish or a salad.
